Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Gee application ("App") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Gee is a voice-first AI companion application available on iOS and Android. The App provides conversational AI experiences grounded in Christian teachings and values, supporting you through daily life.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Gee. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Promote violence, racism, or any form of hateful behaviour
  • Use the App to send abusive, harassing, or threatening messages
  • Use the App to spam or scam other users
  • Post or generate illegal or pornographic content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these rules.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software in the App are owned by or licensed to Presence Network Inc. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the App.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you provide through the App. By using the App you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service — including generating AI responses and building your personal memory. A concise summary of key points from your conversations may be stored to power the memory feature. You can review and delete this data at any time from within the App.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All billing is governed by the respective platform's terms of service. We do not process payment details directly.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Gee does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • AI-generated responses are accurate or suitable for any specific purpose

AI responses are for conversational purposes only and should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
